Absolutely the worst place to rent from, they charge whatever amount they want for late fees, and on whatever date they want. They double charge you!! Horrible customer service!! Don’t store your belongings here!! There objective is to keep your unit!!

Jason is very professional and courteous. He went above and beyond getting us setup with what we were in need of. The facility is clean and well kept. If you're needing storage or other U-Haul service's this is your place. I can't say enough good things about the service and facility.

Came to Vegas for a girls trip and we decided to get a van from Town Storage. The Uhaul Van they had was close to new and in great condition. Jason was very friendly and respectful… he was able to take care of us in a timely manner and made our time there worth it by making restaurant suggestions. We will definitely be using this company in the future for business.
The new manager, Jason, is awesome. I have rented here for many years, and when the last manager was hired, I actually considered leaving. I. Less that 1 week of seeing Jason, I've decided to stay. I have been a customer at Towne storage for 3 years and over the past year they have had awful management and employees. However after speaking with the new manager Jason I decided to give Towne storage 5 stars Jason is really passionate about making this location great.
